The Good News Is That You’re Attracting What You're Thinking About

I travel a lot. I’m at half a million miles on Air Canada. And yet, with all those flights I can only recall four times, my luggage was temporarily lost. What’s my secret?

 

I spend zero amount of time fretting about my luggage getting lost. Once I check my bag, I never think about it until I see it coming down the carousel at the other end. Of course, my luggage will arrive when it’s supposed to; why wouldn’t it?

 

What’s interesting is that some of my friends and colleagues don’t have my luck. They have stories of misplaced luggage, luggage being opened and items missing, all sorts of horror stories. And they download luggage-tracking software to check during the fight where their luggage is.

 

What’s their dominant thought? That their luggage will not make it to their destination. Big surprise when it doesn’t. That’s where their mind was focused and that’s what they attracted.

And no surprise to me when mine shows up exactly as I expected.

Don’t like what’s showing up in your life? Check what your dominant thoughts are. You will always get what you are expecting.
