Be That Person Before You Become Them

You want something — a role, a feeling, a life shift — and it keeps slipping away. You wonder why.
When I was training to become a coach, our instructor told us to start calling ourselves coaches long before we felt ready. It felt bold. Maybe even dishonest. But that was the point.
He was teaching us to step into the identity before the evidence showed up. To think like a coach. Speak like a coach. Move through the world like a coach.
Because identity drives action. Action creates proof. And proof builds belief.
Whatever you’re wanting now — confidence, clarity, a new chapter, a new version of you — the same rule applies.
If you already had it, how would you show up today? What would you choose? What would you stop tolerating? How would you carry yourself?
Start there.

Try this ONE thing
Act as if it’s already yours. As if you’ve already earned it. As if you already are that person. Because you become the person who has it by being them long before they arrive.
